At Studio Miller, we are focused primarily on the design, procurement, and styling aspects of the interior design process. We aren’t a full-service interior design firm, and therefore, we don’t offer the coordination of contractors or trade professionals for remodel projects. This way, we are able to provide competitively priced design services to those who are trying to get the most value for their money.

We understand that every homeowner's journey and budget is different, which is why we offer two thoughtfully crafted service tiers that balance value and quality. Additionally, we are currently offering a 10% multi-room discount if you are looking to design more than one space. The discount is a flat 10%, which reduces the total package cost, not just the room fee.

For those who desire complete peace of mind and a truly elevated experience, our Luxury tier places every detail in trusted hands. From concept to final installation, we coordinate it all.

For the inspired, hands-on homeowner who simply needs a clear creative direction, our Signature tier delivers a complete vision, beautifully articulated and ready for you to bring to life.

Whichever path you choose, the destination is always the same: a home designed for life and built around you.

    • Multiple 3D renderings (2 views per room)

    • Elevation drawings for décor features  

    • Sample board  

    • *Full Procurement Management  

    • White-glove delivery coordination (where available)

    • Management of all returns, exchanges, and replacements

    • Styling day + Styling plan  

    • Priority timeline & communication  

    • Two free rounds of revisions; then $200/revision

    Excludes: Renovation design, permits, or contractor coordination.

    Client Responsibilities: Contractor coordination of any kind.

    *Full procurement services include sourcing, purchasing, order tracking, coordination of deliveries/returns/exchanges and damage claims, and installation oversight. Designer does not provide construction or renovation project management, contractor supervision, or permit documentation.

    • 60-minute design consultation

    • Design questionnaire & inspiration review

    • One mood board (style direction & color palette)

    • Sample Board

    • Detailed styling plan

    • One 2D furniture layout/ space plan

    • Paint color recommendation

    • One complimentary round of revisions; then $200/revision

    • Final design summary delivered via PDF

    Excludes: Renovation design, permits, contractor coordination, site visits past design consultation, procurement and order tracking.

    Designer does not provide construction or renovation project management, contractor supervision, or permit documentation.

    Client Responsibilities: Ordering full list of suggested items, order tracking, contractor coordination of any kind, styling according to the styling guide, and installation and assembly of selections, where applicable.

Ideation & Concept

Every project begins with a conversation, a deep, unhurried exploration of how you live, what you love, and what you have always imagined home could feel like.

This first phase of our design process encompasses the consultation, mood/concept boards, the color palette, and the design presentation before moving to Visualization.

Visualization

Through careful assessment of your space, we uncover its hidden potential by identifying the details, proportions, and possibilities that transform your room from ordinary to unmistakably yours.

This second phase encompasses the 2D layout and space plan, a sample board of furnishings and accessories, and any 3D Renderings.

Procurement

We combine our experience and education in design with your feedback to make thoughtful selections to create an atmosphere and environment you’ll want everyone to enjoy.

This third phase encompasses sourcing furniture and accessories, purchasing client-approved items, and coordinating shipping, returns, damages, and installation of your new pieces.

Styling & Completion

Whether we guide your hand or place every piece ourselves, the result is always the same: a finished space that feels inviting, warm, and personalized to suit you and yours.

This fourth and final phase encompasses providing a detailed style guide of curated items or an in-home styling by Sophia. Finally, a finalized project brief will be sent via PDF with a request for your honest feedback on your experience with Studio Miller.
